Accounting Manager

Accountants One is working with a repeat client of well over 10 years. This is a very unique opportunity to work directly for the company owners and help them maintain a family office. Candidates with previous family office or high-net worth client experience highly desired. Candidates with attention to detail and strong accounting skills will be considered. This role requires someone with unquestioned confidentiality and professional communication skills. Job Duties: Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for multiple legal entities. Prepare and review financial statements for operating companies, LLCs, trusts, partnerships, and investment entities. Maintain general ledger accuracy and reconcile all balance sheet accounts. Prepare financial reports for family principals and senior leadership. Coordinate annual audits, reviews, and tax engagements with outside CPA firms. Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls. Track intercompany transactions. Prepare due-to/due-from reconciliations Manage cash flow across multiple entities. Review and approve wires, ACH transactions, and large disbursements. Monitor liquidity requirements. Coordinate banking relationships. Forecast short- and long-term cash needs Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience Previous experience in a family office, private investment office, wealth management, public accounting, or private equity environment strongly preferred Multi-entity accounting Partnership accounting Trust accounting Investment accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
