The Store Manager drives sales growth as the leader of the customer experience on the sales floor. Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Big O Tires, The Team You Trust is looking to hire an experienced Store Manager for a Phoenix area location. We seek successful proven professionals that want a career not just a job. Potential Earnings: Store Managers $150k+; Service Advisors $90k+ Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail tire and automotive. Able to sell ethically. Proficient knowledge of auto repair. Excellent communication with clients and co-workers. Experience supervising a team of associates. Multitasking. High school or equivalent (Preferred). Driver's License (Required). Automotive service experience 3 years (Preferred). Automotive Management experience 3 years (Preferred). Service Writers experience 1 year (Preferred). Experience in a management capacity where managing team sales and bottom‑line performance is a must. Automotive industry experience. Can speak, read and write English. Spanish speaking is a plus. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before customers and employees. Valid driver’s license.
