What You'll Do

• Effectively evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs.
• Develop and implement personalized plans of care following all clinical standards and regulations.
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and supportive device use.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary, and evaluate treatment outcomes.
• Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Document all clinical activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in care conferences, meetings, and ongoing training sessions.
• Support and supervise physical therapist assistants, rehab aides, or students as needed.

What You Need

• Missouri Physical Therapist License or eligibility
• Prior experience in physical therapy, ideally in LTC or outpatient settings
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Experience in wound care and rehabilitative procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
