Job Summary:
The Operating Room Surgery Center Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in Tracy, California. This role involves providing high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery and phase II environment. Candidates are required to bring their RN license on the first day of orientation. The position will be scheduled for dayshift hours.

Job Details:

• Location: Tracy, CA
• Shift: 8-hour days, 5 days per week
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: CA RN Licensure; 3 years of nursing experience; experience with EPIC electronic medical record system; ambulatory surgery/phase II experience within past 2 years; BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; COVID-19 and flu vaccines.
• Preferred Qualifications: EPIC charting experience.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing; Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks with a valid state license; in-hand certifications from AHA or American Red Cross; minimum of 2 years of specific experience required for submission; RTO approval limited to one holiday; travel requirement of 50 miles (locals accepted at a lower rate).
• Certifications: All certifications must be in hand at the time of submission.
• Work History Verification: 7-year accurate work history required, with ability to provide documentation or contacts if needed.
• Background Policy: Must disclose any background hits or DUIs prior to submission.
