ATE Test Engineer, 93K Tester
Connvertex Technologies Inc.
Job Description:
- Interface with External vendors or Internal team to develop ATE test for RF and Mix Singal devices
- Develop and correlate test SW and HW to written Test Plan and device specs
- Preferred hands on experience of development ATE test system on 93K tester, from NPI to mass production release
- Production yield tracking, milestone tracking, problem assessment/disposition and invoice tracking
- Wafer level ATE platform support of production, yield analysis, failure Parmeter and yield improvement
- Work closely with Design, Application and Production teams for NPI from initial phase to production release
- Supporting engineering releases through pilot runs and production
- Develop, debug and release production methods and procedures to improve efficiency and yield compliant to TL/ISO manufacturing standards
Minimum Experience Requirements
- 5 years of experience working as a ATE test Engineer for high-speed analog & mixed signal devices
- Hands on experience from initial test plan, HW design and ATE test SW development to production release
- Hands on knowledge on Advantest 93K Smart OS is required
- Experience with generating test plan, test documenting, writing Statement of Work and using test data analysis SW is a must.
- Working on high speed semiconductor devices on Sigi technology is a plus
