Position Overview The Hub Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a GOFO hub, including package sorting, staffing, productivity, service quality, and overall operational performance. This role leads the onsite operations team, monitors key performance metrics, identifies operational issues, and works cross-functionally to ensure efficient and timely delivery. The annual compensation range for this position is $80,000–$100,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role. Oversee daily operations at the hub, ensuring efficient package sorting and distribution. Manage staff performance and provide training to enhance team productivity. Implement best practices for logistics management to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess hub performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations. Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics evaluation.
