Certified Public Accountant (CPA) needs 5+ years of public accounting experience.
- CPA License, GAAP, Financial Reporting, Auditing, Tax Compliance, Financial Analysis, Advanced Excel
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations, with experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns.
- Proficiency with accounting, tax, and financial reporting software, plus advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- 5+ years of public accounting experience.
- Experience with tax planning and consulting services.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and cloud-based accounting platforms.
- Experience supervising or mentoring staff.
- Knowledge of small business and closely held company accounting.

- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for:
- Individuals
- Partnerships
- S Corporations
- C Corporations
- Trusts and Estates
- Nonprofit Organizations
- Conduct tax research and analyze complex tax issues.
- Develop tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Respond to IRS and state tax notices and correspondence.
- Assist clients with tax audits and examinations as needed
