SBA Relationship ManagerLocation: San Francisco, CASalary: $85,000–$130,000 per yearJob Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled SBA Relationship Manager to establish new lending connections and expand an existing client base of small businesses.The perfect candidate will have expertise in SBA lending, corporate banking, client acquisition, financial analysis, and client relations. This position involves interacting directly with clients to bring in new business, create lending solutions, and nurture lasting partnerships with entrepreneurs and referral sources.ResponsibilitiesFind new SBA lending opportunities through networking, referrals, and building relationships.Cultivate and oversee relationships with small business owners and corporate clients.Evaluate borrower financial documents, cash flow, credit records, and overall creditworthiness.Create and recommend SBA loan options for approval.Present loan proposals to the appropriate decision-making committees.Expand and maintain an existing client base of small business partnerships.Identify additional deposit, cash management, and corporate banking possibilities.Promote relevant banking products and services.Maintain precise credit, loan, and client portfolio records.Collaborate with internal lending and operations teams to deliver top-tier client support.QualificationsBackground in SBA lending, corporate lending, or corporate banking.Demonstrated sales and client acquisition expertise.Thorough comprehension of credit analysis and corporate financial reports.Experience developing and managing a loan portfolio.Strong ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.Preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background.Aptitude for independent client acquisition and referral development.Compensation$85,000–$130,000 annual base salary, contingent on experience.Ideal BackgroundCandidates with experience as an SBA Relationship Manager, SBA Business Development Officer (BDO), Corporate Relationship Manager, SBA Loan Officer, Corporate Loan Officer, or Corporate Banking Relationship Manager are encouraged to submit their applications.
