Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver occupational therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and therapeutic exercises as directed

Required Qualifications

Active COTA licensure in the state of Oregon
Current NBCOT certification
Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel or contract therapy experience
Familiarity with SNF documentation and compliance requirements
