Bilingual Receptionist – Join Our Staffing Team! Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8am-5pm Are you friendly, organized, and great at working with people? Do you speak English and Spanish ? We’re looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our staffing team! As the first person our applicants and employees meet, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy, and being part of a team. What You’ll Do Welcome applicants, employees, and visitors with a friendly attitude Answer incoming calls and assist callers with questions Communicate with applicants and employees in English and Spanish Help candidates complete applications and employment paperwork Enter and maintain information in company systems Keep applicant and employee records organized and up to date Provide general administrative support to the staffing team Help keep the office running smoothly and professionally Run background checks What We’re Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish required Friendly and professional personality Strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with people in person and over the phone Basic computer skills Organized and able to multitask Reliable and dependable Previous office, receptionist, customer service, or staffing experience is a plus Why You’ll Love This Role Monday–Friday schedule Fast-paced and people-focused environment Opportunity to build valuable office and recruiting experience Work alongside a supportive staffing team Every day is different!
