Department Supervisor

About the Role As a Department Supervisor, you will support the Sales and Profit goals of the store and deliver the best customer experience in the department and overall store, while adhering to legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities Support the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions. Identify and act on commercial opportunities with your Department Manager. Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and promote product sales to customers. Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Maintain correct fitting‑room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns, and exchanges. Handle all administrative routines for people and operations accurately. Stay updated on fashion trends, brands, and competitors to provide knowledge to the team. Collaborate and communicate with the Visual Merchandiser team and other store colleagues. Keep the sales floor and back‑of‑house areas clean and organized. Ensure high‑fashion quality visual and commercial presentation with proper garment care. Maintain stock levels and provide input on allocation to the Area team. Oversee the full garment cycle and fitting‑room routines per internal standards. Use in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech tools. Maintain price signs and consistent pricing standards throughout the store. Update and maintain BOH areas for health, safety, and tidiness. Open and close the store daily. Qualifications Emerging leader who enjoys taking responsibility.
