Plumber / Maintenance Technician

Salary Range: $24.00 - $28.00 Hourly Position Type: Full Time Description Join Pilgrim Place, a welcoming senior living community in Claremont, CA, where respect, kindness, and teamwork guide all that we do. We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Plumber/Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. What You’ll Do: Complete daily maintenance tasks and ensure timely, accurate documentation Perform general repairs, including replacing light bulbs, filters, and batteries; plumbing and minor electrical work; basic carpentry; and small mechanical fixes Move furniture, appliances, and supplies as needed Operate trucks, electric carts, and other equipment safely Participate in 24-hour emergency on-call rotations Conduct daily campus inspections to identify and address maintenance needs Test and document life safety systems as required by code Perform scheduled preventative maintenance Assist with pool and spa care Help train staff members as needed Support set-up and breakdown for campus events What We Offer: Full-time role with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
