What You'll Do:  

• Support resident care through ongoing assessment and observation    
• Provide high-quality nursing care to resident in accordance with care plans
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients  
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care and medications
• Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations 
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote overall resident well-being 

What You'll Need:  

• Must be 21 years or older
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required), BSN preferred 
• Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required) 
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
