Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events, from corporate functions and conferences to social gatherings and community initiatives. Your creativity and attention to detail will be vital in transforming client visions into successful reality.

- Plan and execute a wide range of events from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Oversee event logistics including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and accounted for.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event goals and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
