Job Duties

• Build sub-assemblies and pack light fixtures in accordance with the company's production quality standards at required production rates.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment - housekeeping duties.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in light-duty electromechanical assembly
• Experience with hand tools
• Able to use battery-powered drivers and hand tools to assemble components
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
• Be able to stand for 8 hours
• Prompt and reliable daily attendance
• Possess a high level of mechanical aptitude
• Be able to read and follow instructions
