Experience Requirements Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Experience using drill presses, automatic band saws, and belt sanders Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues Ability to accurately read a tape measure Job Duties Assemble products and mechanical components according to work instructions and blueprints Fabricate, prepare, and finish metal components used in manufacturing operations Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns Use measuring instruments to verify product specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Follow all company safety policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial. Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembler. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment. Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
