Apply today at threebirdsonemission.com/careers!About the RoleAs a BCBA at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:Providing caregiver coaching and supportDeveloping individualized behavior intervention and treatment plansSupervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessionsCollaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workersCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Compensation: $80,000-90,000Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowancesGenerous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributionsSchedule & LocationSet Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM; Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM. Set Location: 1409 W.
