Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends

- Monitor residents' conditions and document accurately
- Support wound care, manage catheters, and communicate health updates to families
- Assist and guide direct care staff to promote a positive care environment
- Valid MA LPN license
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- TB Test Within Last 6 months
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Valid driver's license and strong assessment skills
- Ability to perform delegated nursing tasks with proficiency
