Fox Restaurant Concepts - - Responsibilities: Coordinate with Shift Managers, Department Supervisors, and Department Leads to ensure all sanitation activities are completed as planned; Support supervisors by monitoring new hires and assisting with training, ensuring all team members are properly trained and certified in required procedures; Direct and oversee sanitation team members in cleaning, sanitation, and pest control practices in accordance with daily and master sanitation plans; Inspect products, equipment, and facilities for compliance with federal and state sanitation regulations and plant standards; address issues with management and production teams and recommend improvements as needed; Complete required inspections, documentation, reports, and all administrative duties assigned by Sanitation Management
