We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Field Marketing Representative to expand our community presence and build strategic partnerships that generate referrals and increase brand awareness. where we are united under one purpose, to bring wholehearted, life-energizing care to as many people as possible - on their own terms, in their own homes. Position Summary The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, physicians' offices, case managers, and community organizations. This role plays a key part in growing our referral network while representing Synergy HomeCare with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, hospices, and other healthcare providers. Conduct regular in-person visits to referral partners and community organizations. Promote Synergy HomeCare's services through presentations, networking events, health fairs, and community outreach. Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to increase referrals. Track marketing activities, referral sources, and sales performance using CRM tools. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute marketing plans. Represent Synergy HomeCare at community events and professional networking functions. Stay informed about industry trends and local market conditions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1 years of experience in healthcare marketing, home care, medical sales, or business development. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience Home care or home health marketing experience. Existing relationships within the healthcare community.
