Responsibilities

- Blend and mix bulk cementing products for timely delivery to wellsites based on job program specifications.
- Calculate and verify quantities of material blends before loading to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to quality assurance procedures for proper loading and delivery of bulk products.
- Coordinate logistics for movement of products to and from locations with the Service Delivery and Logistics Team.
- Maintain accurate daily paperwork and assist with monthly inventory for received and shipped goods.
- Safely label, store, and dispose of additives, empty drums, and pails in compliance with regulations.
- Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance to ensure optimal plant operations.
- Keep the bulk plant facility clean, organized, and compliant with company HSE standards.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in training new Operators and trainees, supporting a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Strictly follow all health, safety, and environmental policies, including wearing required PPE.

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience with plant, warehouse, or material handling operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic math skills for accurate calculations of material blends.
- Commitment to quality control and HSE compliance.
- Teamwork mindset and effective communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in an onshore shop setting.

Preferred Skills

- Prior bulk plant, cementing, or oilfield services experience.
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics coordination.
