Market Leader - To $110K - Chippewa Falls, WI - Job # 3786-12062 The Position Our bank client is seeking to fill a Market Leader role in the Chippewa Falls, WI area. The position is responsible for overseeing all banking activities and assisting in establishing bank policies, strategies, objectives and practices set forth by the CEO and Board of Directors. The opportunity has a generous salary of up to $110K plus generous incentives and a benefits package. (This is not a remote position.) Market Leader responsibilities include: Responsible for overall leadership and management of bank performance, including direct responsibility for commercial lending and credit, as well as collaborative responsibility for retail and private banking. Lead bank team to perform at a high level related to overall delivery of sales and service, expense and credit controls, community leadership, and meeting financial and compliance standards. This position is responsible for overseeing all banking activities and assisting in establishing bank policies, strategies, objectives and practices set forth by the CEO and Board of Directors.
