Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or related field
- 7+ years of clinical research experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience within a clinical research setting
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and clinical trial operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical research operations and departmental strategy
- Oversee study conduct, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance
- Develop and mentor research staff
- Manage sponsor, CRO, and investigator relationships
- Drive participant recruitment and study performance
