Phlebotomist
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist for their Ponca City, Oklahoma location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide patient services. The role operates Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm, with potential weekend shifts, and offers a quarterly incentive bonus program.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Accurately enter patient information and process billing
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain information logs
- Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and independent work capability
