Our team is seeking skilled and dependable TIG Welders to join our team on 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm. In this role, you will fabricate high-quality stainless steel assemblies used in food packaging equipment. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in your own workstation with all necessary tools and consumables provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld stainless steel components (16 gauge up to 1”)
• Assemble parts to strict tolerances and quality standards
• Perform food-grade welding and grinding
• Safely operate welding equipment, machines, and hand/power tools
• Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist team members to meet daily production goals
• Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all workplace safety standards and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Welding certification from an accredited school preferred (not required)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints
• Experience with TIG welding, preferably on stainless steel
• Welding hood and steel-toe/work boots required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to follow standardized work instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
