Meta Lab Assistant Store Manager

Meta Lab Retail is transforming how people connect with technology in high‑traffic, premium shopping environments. Our team will bring Meta Smart Glasses and Quest mixed‑reality experiences to life through interactive demos and engaging, hands‑on customer moments. As the Assistant Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to support and develop a high‑performing retail team while keeping daily operations running smoothly. You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and creating a space that feels organized, welcoming, and customer‑ready. In this role, you’ll help coach the team, maintain strong operational flow, and look for opportunities to improve processes and performance. You’ll also play a key part in supporting hands‑on demos that help customers explore our wearable and mixed‑reality products and see how they fit into their lives—bringing the Meta brand to life through an engaging and immersive in‑store experience. Minimum Pay USD $75,000.00/Yr. Maximum Pay USD $82,000.00/Yr.
