Role Description Familiarity with high volume mortgage products in the Whole Loan space RTL – Residential Transition Loans / ‘Fix and Flip’ Non QM – Non Qualified Mortgage NPL/RPL – Non-Performing / Re-performing Loans SBC – Small Balance Commercial REO – Real Estate Owned Assets Exposure to and knowledge of: Servicer remittance processing Loan Repurchase/EPD identification and processing Excel Reconciliations Knowledge of below is a benefit: MERS application LMS – Loan Management Platform E-Notes Skills, Experience, Qualifications And Knowledge Required 1+ years of experience Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar Experience working in a trading environment and supporting whole loan trading desk Strong attention to detail & multi-tasking skills Strong organization skills and ability to adapt easily to the different functional needs of the business as it evolves Strong MS Office skills Nomura Leadership Behaviours Explore Insights & Vision: Identify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.
