We're now expanding the team responsible for building relationships with the next wave of high-value accounts.

The Role

This role sits between outbound sales and account-based marketing. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with a defined set of high-value home improvement companies, working from a target list of roughly 1000 accounts across the U.S. Rather than high-volume cold outreach, this is thoughtful, creative, account-based selling - using highly personalized outreach to open conversations and convert them into new client partnerships.

• Meetings booked with qualified target accounts

• Opportunities created and moved through the pipeline

• New client partnerships closed

Responsibilities

• Researching and prioritizing accounts within our target market

• Running personalized outreach across channels (email, LinkedIn, direct mail, cold calls, and other creative approaches)

• Getting in front of founders, owners, and senior decision-makers

• Running discovery calls and progressing deals through the sales process

• Managing opportunities in the CRM and tracking performance metrics

• Continuously testing new approaches to break into accounts

What We're Looking For

• 2-6+ years in outbound sales, strategic partnerships, account executive, or ABM-style roles

• Experience working with named accounts or defined target lists

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable running both prospecting and early sales conversations

• Organized and disciplined with CRM management

• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously

Bonus : Experience selling into the home improvement industry

• Base salary: $100k/year

• OTE: $180k/year
