Branch ManagerAs a Branch Manager with Community First, you will get to:Provide outstanding quality service by meeting and speaking with members to identify, match and fulfill financial needs. Those needs are met through delivery of the products and services available within the policies and procedures of the credit unionLead deposit, lending and member service functions for the branch. Ensure duties are performed in accordance with established policies, principles and standards and looks for opportunities to provide exceptional experiences to our membersOpen and support deposit accounts for members including savings, checking, certificates, money markets, IRA, escrow, and holiday. Insure these deposit accounts are performed within the policies and procedures of the credit unionTake loan applications, perform debt ratio/collateral analysis, obtain approval, close loan and complete fileCustomize protection solutions for all applicable lending products. Meet set individual objective for protected loans and support branch goals. Continue ongoing coaching with lenders to ensure protection solutions are presented to membersEvaluate work of employees, conduct performance appraisals, hire new employees and other related personnel functions. Provide training and assistance to employees to ensure efficient and effective delivery of member servicesAssist Regional Managers in establishing and developing plans to meet or exceed branch goalsInteract with members and resolve member complaints and concernsRemain active in member service function to meet member needs including teller transactions, new account transactions and lending transactionsWe are looking for a combination of:Bachelor's Degree in banking, business, management, or a related field5+ years of banking, member service and/or sales experience; 2+ years of leadership experienceExceptional verbal communication skills, as well as advanced ability to multi-task, prioritize, stay organized, and follow upFamiliarity with Microsoft office suite, as well as web-based software and financial services platformsPassion for providing outstanding service to our members – internal and externalEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
