Be busy day one - Defined need
Long wait time for new patients
Plenty of blocked OR scheduling time and strong support
1:3 Call Coverage
325 Bed Hospital
Replace a retired provider
Modern office space
Can do Stones, vasectomies, Radical Prostatectomy, cystectomy, & nephrectomy
Competitive On-going Salary plus wRVU production = High earning potential if desired
Sign-On / Stipend
Student Loan Support
