At Parts ASAP , we're North America's leading supplier of agricultural and construction equipment parts. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to help customers find the right parts while building lasting relationships.

This isn't a call center position. It's a relationship-driven sales role where your product knowledge, customer service, and follow-up directly impact your success.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

What You'll Do

Assist customers with pricing, availability, and product selection.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate shipments.
Follow up on quotes to turn opportunities into sales.
Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
Make outbound calls to generate repeat business.
Work with teammates to ensure customers receive the right parts—on time.

What We're Looking For

Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
Knowledge of agricultural, construction, automotive, or heavy equipment parts is a plus—but we'll help you learn.
