Maintenance Technician

Location: Garland, TX

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Greenville, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, hands-on repairs, and supporting reliable production operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and technical skills, a proactive approach to equipment maintenance, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs quickly to minimize downtime.
• Complete scheduled maintenance activities and accurately document work performed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with Production teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical systems.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.
