Pay

• $17–$20 per hour + commissions and bonus opportunities

$17 - $20

• Deliver high-quality commercial cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and VCT floor maintenance
• Inspect and organize your service vehicle daily to ensure all equipment and supplies are ready for the day
• Review and complete scheduled jobs using our mobile operations system
• Keep clients and the office informed with clear communication on ETAs, job progress, and any service updates
• Collect payments and secure completion signatures at the end of each service
• Document each job thoroughly with notes, photos, and service details
• Represent the company professionally by providing excellent customer service and setting clear expectations
• Reset and prepare the van and equipment for the following workday
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training as required

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with physically active work and extended time on your feet
• Able to occasionally lift up to 90 lbs
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and some weekends
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must pass a background check
• Professional appearance required
