National Sales Executive 3PL | Small Parcel | Healthcare Logistics | Remote

Remote | Light Travel | $70,000$125,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

This is NOT an account management position. We're looking for HUNTERS.

Our client is an established and growing logistics organization seeking a high-performing National Sales Executive to drive new business growth across the United States. If you're motivated by prospecting, closing new accounts, and building long-term customer relationships, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities nationwide.
• Sell transportation and logistics solutions, including small parcel, final-mile, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and 3PL services.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across multiple industries.
• Travel as needed to meet with prospective clients and close new business.
• Work independently while collaborating with leadership to execute growth strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of transportation, logistics, parcel, or 3PL sales experience.
• Proven hunter with a documented history of generating new business.
• Existing book of business is highly preferred.
• Experience selling one or more of the following:
• Small Parcel
• Final Mile
• Healthcare Logistics
• Pharmaceutical Transportation
• Medical Courier
• Dedicated Transportation
• 3PL Solutions
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel.

This client is looking for someone who can make an immediate impact. The expectation is that you'll begin developing opportunities and producing results quickly.

Compensation

• $70,000$125,000 Base Salary (DOE)
• Aggressive Commissions
• Compensation package negotiable for exceptional performers with a proven track record.
