Suite 201, San Antonio, Texas 78242 About the Role EZCORP is hiring a Firearms Specialist (Full‑time) to manage the firearms department, ensuring compliance with ATF and state regulations while driving profitability through buying, selling, and loaning firearms. Responsibilities Evaluate the value of firearms presented as collateral. General management of firearms, accessories, merchandising, pricing, inventory control, and evaluation. Ensure compliance with ATF guidelines, maintain FFL status, and complete all required 4473 forms and other federal/state forms. Meet or exceed financial targets set for the firearms department. Establish meaningful and respectful relationships with customers. Train Team Members on proper handling and transactions involving firearms. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales experience with firearms knowledge. Strong knowledge of federal and state firearms regulations. Ability to pass a criminal background check and ATF drug test. Organized, detail‑oriented, with excellent judgment, time‑management, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build customer relationships. Experience with 4473 forms is a plus. Sales background, bilingual, or other listed skills are a plus. Benefits Free Health Insurance* Competitive wages.
