Chemical Mixer / Production OperatorWe are hiring a Chemical Mixer / Production Operator to support our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating mixing, blending, filling, and packaging equipment while safely producing products that meet quality and production standards.ResponsibilitiesOperate chemical processing, mixing, blending, and packaging equipmentFollow batch sheets, SOPs, and production instructionsMonitor product quality and process conditionsPerform equipment setup, changeovers, and routine maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and make basic mechanical adjustments as neededComplete batch records and production documentation accuratelyHandle raw materials and finished products safelyMaintain GMP, safety, and housekeeping standardsQualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing, production, chemical processing, food production, or a related environmentMechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial equipmentAbility to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic mechanical adjustmentsExperience with mixing, blending, batch processing, or chemical manufacturing preferredComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to safety, quality, and detailSkillsChemical ManufacturingMixing & BlendingProduction OperationsMechanical TroubleshootingGMPBatch ProcessingEquipment OperationJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensboro, NC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
