Job Description Starting at $19.56/hr (up to $23.05/hr) PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions. • Complete work with accuracy and efficiency. * Inspect and audit product processes on incoming product, internal process, product audits and finished product audits • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, • Work in a safe manner and as part of a team. • Communicate verbally clearly and concisely. • Good problem solving skills. • Willingness to work overtime when required. • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, perform moderate to heavy repetitive lifting, and stand on feet at least nine hours per day. • It is an essential function of this position that you report to work on a regular basis. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: • One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred. • Two to three years of work experience. • Knowledge and application of safe work practices. • High School diploma or GED preferred. • Ability to read a tape measure & calipers. • Math & computer skills. * Possess a thorough understanding of all Masco Cabinetry wood character, machining, assembly and finishing • Distinguish among colors and different species. • Possess basic Microsoft Office and computer capabilities including Excel, Word and LINCs. • Possess a basic knowledge the QMS to promote awareness and use by coworkers. • Read a tape measure and caliper. • Ability to read/write/communicate in English. • Ability to work in a team environment. * Self starter who works effectively without close supervision.
