Extended School Year (ESY) Opportunity

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students during the ESY (Extended School Year) program in the San Francisco area. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact while working alongside supportive educators and special education teams in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and instructional support to students with special needs
• Assist teachers and related service providers with daily classroom activities
• Support students with academic tasks, communication, social skills, and behavior goals
• Help implement behavior intervention plans and accommodations as directed
• Assist with transitions, supervision, and daily routines
• Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or students preferred
• Experience in special education, ABA, behavioral support, or school settings is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in a school environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
