Extended School Year (ESY) Opportunity
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students during the ESY (Extended School Year) program in the San Francisco area. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact while working alongside supportive educators and special education teams in a school-based setting.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Provide classroom and instructional support to students with special needs
- Assist teachers and related service providers with daily classroom activities
- Support students with academic tasks, communication, social skills, and behavior goals
- Help implement behavior intervention plans and accommodations as directed
- Assist with transitions, supervision, and daily routines
- Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children or students preferred
- Experience in special education, ABA, behavioral support, or school settings is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in a school environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
