Community Manager

Bullpen is partnered with a growing multifamily owner-operator seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations at a residential apartment community in the Denver market. This role is ideal for a proven multifamily professional who enjoys leading teams, driving property performance, and creating an exceptional resident experience. The Community Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including leasing performance, resident retention, financial reporting, team leadership, and overall asset performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a customer-service mindset. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community Lead, coach, and develop on-site leasing, maintenance, and support staff Drive occupancy, leasing activity, and resident retention initiatives Monitor property financial performance, budgets, and key operating metrics Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior leadership Partner closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work orders and preventative maintenance programs Ensure excellent resident service and foster a positive community environment Manage vendor relationships and oversee property standards Coordinate resident engagement programs and community events Maintain compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and operational procedures Qualifications 3+ years of multifamily property management experience Experience managing apartment communities and on-site teams Strong understanding of occupancy, renewals, resident retention, and revenue management Ability to analyze property performance and discuss financial results Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Professional presence and strong customer service orientation Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Program Career Growth Opportunities within a Growing Organization This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property management professional seeking greater ownership, visibility, and impact within a growing multifamily platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr
