We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiation Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering precise radiation therapy treatments to patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. 

**Key Responsibilities:** 

- Administer radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols. 

- Collaborate with oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans. 

- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. 

- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in condition or treatment response. 

- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment procedures and potential side effects. 

- Mentor and guide junior radiation therapists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. 

- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements. 

**Qualifications:** 

- Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent). 

- Extensive experience in radiation therapy, preferably in a senior or lead role. 

- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and treatment planning systems. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
