StraViso is seeking a customer-focused Enterprise Solutions Engineer (Presales) who can connect business needs with technology and bring our enterprise SaaS platform to life through compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
A successful demonstration is not a rehearsed product tour. It requires listening carefully, recognizing what matters to the customer and adapting the conversation in real time. The right candidate will be able to pivot a presentation or demonstration based on customer questions, operational challenges and perceived needs while maintaining a clear and credible business narrative.
This role requires technical understanding, business judgment, strong presentation skills and the practical common sense to connect customer problems with the right StraViso capabilities.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer objectives, operational challenges and decision criteria.
• Lead discovery sessions with business executives, operational leaders and technology stakeholders.
• Present StraViso’s capabilities in a clear, engaging and business-relevant manner.
• Deliver product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s industry, operating model and business priorities.
• Listen actively during customer meetings and pivot demonstrations in real time to address emerging questions or opportunities.
• Translate complex platform capabilities into practical business outcomes and measurable customer value.
• Configure demonstration scenarios, workflows and data to reflect relevant customer use cases.
• Respond credibly to functional, technical, integration, security and implementation questions.
• Support RFP responses, solution proposals, proof-of-concept activities and customer workshops.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering and delivery teams to shape solutions that are both compelling and achievable.
• Capture customer feedback and market insights to help strengthen StraViso’s product positioning and demonstration capabilities.
• Ensure a clear handoff from the sales process to implementation and customer success teams.

 
Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, solution consulting or enterprise SaaS demonstrations.
• Strong ability to understand business problems and connect them with relevant technology capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and product-demonstration skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and confidently adapt a presentation based on customer signals.
• Strong listening skills, sound judgment and the ability to identify needs that may not be explicitly stated.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives, operational leaders and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, APIs, data flows and SaaS security concepts.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts without losing technical credibility.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with incomplete information.
• Experience with field operations, workforce management, dispatch, telecommunications, utilities or operational technology is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops and industry events when required.
