Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand the needs of each client accurately.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary and engage with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain detailed clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate effectively within our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate high-quality patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.
