This role oversees day-to-day operations of assigned community associations, including implementing board policies, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, and monitoring budgets and contracts. The Community Manager will respond to resident inquiries, support board meetings by preparing agendas and reports, and help ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable regulations. The role involves regular communication with board members, homeowners, and service providers, as well as timely documentation, reporting, and follow-up on community issues. The Community Manager will also contribute to long-term planning, community improvements, and initiatives that support resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong community management and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with board members, residents, and vendors.
• Solid organizational, time management, and administrative skills to handle multiple communities, tasks, and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for correspondence, documentation, meeting preparation, and professional presentations.
• Basic financial and budgeting skills, including understanding association financial statements, contracts, and cost control.
• Proficiency with office software and property management systems; comfort working in a hybrid environment using digital tools.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and resolve problems in a calm, solutions-focused manner.
