About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President for Nuclear Services to spearhead national growth initiatives in the commercial nuclear sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that encompasses new plant development, small modular reactors, advanced nuclear technologies, and specialized engineering services. This pivotal role involves leading business development efforts, securing major contracts, and building the necessary teams and delivery capabilities to support complex nuclear programs. The ideal candidate will be an established leader in the nuclear industry with a strong commercial track record, extensive executive network, and the ability to translate emerging project opportunities into sustainable revenue growth. Key responsibilities for the Executive Vice President include strategic account management, market expansion, commercial leadership, and team development. The role demands a senior executive with a proven ability to generate revenue, win complex contracts, and expand major accounts within the commercial nuclear industry. A strong understanding of nuclear new plant development, construction execution, and workforce resource planning is essential, as is familiarity with small modular reactors and advanced reactor technologies. The candidate should possess a strong executive presence, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers across complex organizations. The position is focused on commercial growth and strategic account development, and the candidate must be willing to travel nationally as business needs require.
