Monday - Friday Schedule - w/ On Call Rotation.

Wage: $78,145 – $97,594 (DOE).
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Compassion and respect for the elderly and individuals in need of care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families.
