Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00 per hour 1st shift (5:30am-4pm) $24 per hour for 2nd shift (4pm-2:30am)Shift: Ability to stand for 8-10 hours /dayWhy you should apply to be a CNC Machine Operator:

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Loading, unloading, and cycling CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Handling raw and finished parts as part of the production process.
• Operating a pallet jack for material movement.
• Tracking hourly production counts on each machine.
• Reading part prints and utilizing precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and concentricity gauges.
• Reporting to the Production Supervisor and collaborating with a team to meet production goals.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bring at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Possess strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Are results-driven with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and have good problem-solving abilities.
• Can use basic computer programs.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours per day.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to handle multiple priorities.
