AI Program ManagerThe AI Program Manager is responsible for driving communications, engagement, and awareness initiatives that advance Enterprise AI and the Scalable AI Vision & Strategy workstream. Serving as a key connector across Enterprise AI Strategy, AI Working Group representatives, workstream teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, this role translates AI priorities, progress, outcomes, and emerging trends into clear, compelling communications that increase transparency, engagement, and adoption.Through storytelling, knowledge sharing, and enterprise communication channels, this individual helps demystify AI across the workforce while elevating success stories, insights, and lessons learned. As a hands-on contributor, the role strengthens organizational understanding and engagement by expanding access to Enterprise AI information, coordinating enterprise-wide AI engagement activities, and fostering greater awareness of AI initiatives and their business impact.ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute communication plans that increase awareness, transparency, and understanding of Enterprise AI initiatives across the organization.Develop and maintain self-service communication resources, including eNet content, blogs, newsletters, demonstrations, testimonials, playbooks, and related program materials.Coordinate enterprise engagement forums, including agenda development, stakeholder communications, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement activities.Identify and promote program successes, lessons learned, best practices, and outcomes through executive-ready communications and storytelling.Gather, consolidate, and communicate program updates, accomplishments, and key information to support stakeholder awareness and engagement.Plan and execute cross-functional programs that contribute to business transformation and operational improvements.Develop program schedules, track milestones, and coordinate resources to meet defined objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goals.Apply established governance practices, tools, and reporting templates to monitor program progress.Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior program leaders.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support integrated program delivery.Prepare program documentation, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholder communication.Contribute to business case inputs, data analysis, and scenario planning activities.Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, internal controls, and governance standards.Participate in continuous improvement and change readiness initiatives within program teams.Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.Support the adoption of program management tools and best practices.Collaborate with enabling functions to ensure program coordination and business readiness.Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to program planning discussions.May perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsExperience developing stakeholder communications, executive presentations, organizational updates, digital content, or engagement materials in support of strategic initiatives.Experience managing content across organizational channels, including intranet sites, newsletters, blogs, presentations, or related communication platforms.Strong written communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.Desired: Experience creating or managing digital and multimedia communications, including videos, demonstrations, or other employee engagement content.2+ years of relevant program management experience, supporting cross-functional programs.Proficient in coordinating program activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.Knowledge and understanding of program lifecycle phases, governance structures, and the role of program management in strategic execution.Experience with supporting program leads in milestone tracking, risk identification, and preparation of executive-level reports.Advanced knowledge of program documentation, issue tracking, and change control processes.Experience with tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project to support program visibility, reporting, and decision-making.Working knowledge of stakeholder engagement practices and cross-functional communication strategies.Basic skill in analyzing program data and synthesizing insights to support leadership decisions.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.Desired QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.Professional Certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or Lean/Agile certification).Experience working in a cross-functional business environment.Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) preferred.Additional InformationHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PMLocation: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180; 5510 Heritage Oaks Drive, Pensacola, FL 32526; 141 Security Drive, Winchester, VA 22602
