Requirements Required Skills Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident High school diploma or GED required Physically and mentally fit for high-responsibility work Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and decision-making skills No prior corrections or law enforcement experience needed Must pass a background check, psychological screening, and fitness evaluation Veterans, Guardsmen, Reservists, and military spouses strongly encouraged to apply Military Experience that Translates Well This opportunity aligns well for those with experience in: Military Police or Security Forces Leadership roles at any rank Operations, logistics, or supply chain Behavioral or mental health support Administrative or personnel management Facility, equipment, or vehicle maintenance We also encourage those from combat arms and other high-responsibility fields to apply.
