Motion Concepts a medical device manufacturer is looking for a customer service professional with solid experience to support the sales process from quoting all the way through to shipping the final product.
Requirements of the position
Quotations – receiving, processing and tracking of RFQ’s (requests for quotation) and coordinating with the Customer in providing product knowledge.
Co-coordinating customer issues such as order tracking, return processing, complaints and service parts and upgrading products.
Processing of orders all the way through to invoicing, including shipping documentation, for North American and oversea shipment.
Prepare and update various sales and tracking spreadsheets.
Perform general administration tasks and support other departments if applicable
Qualifications
College diploma in business related discipline preferred
Previous CSR/Inside sales experience – at least two years
Familiar with ERP system Navison is an asset
Excellent communication skills
Extensive experience using MS office software – primarily with Excel intermediate to advanced
Must be able to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions and with attention to timelines and details.
Enjoys working with others and being part of a team.
