Job Description General Manager: $60,000-$90,000/yr. Lead store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, cost control, and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of store operations during shifts. Maintain cost controls, inventory control, and cash control. Ensure customer relations and store cleanliness. Follow and enforce company policies and procedures. Handle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork. Drive store profitability through marketing and operational efficiencies. Manage food and inventory restocking, including daily cleaning of equipment. Transport and deliver pizzas as a delivery driver when required. Essential Functions & Skills Accurate math skills for adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and making correct monetary change. Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Proficient on computer keyboards or touch screens. Navigate routes and addresses, including adverse terrain. Motor coordination for rapid precise movements. Reading maps and locating addresses within delivery area. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and carry for short distances. Operate delivery vehicles and perform driving duties. Perform repetitive tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, and climbing as required. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
